UBE is a federation of European Basketball Players Associations. Its members include the players associations from Italy (GIBA), Spain (ABP), Greece (PSAK), France (SNB), Israel (IBPA), Germany (SP.IN), Belgium, Cyprus, Portugal, the Netherlands and Russia.
